Quality Assurance
At CSOFT, Quality Assurance is an integral part of every step in the localization cycle from project evaluation and planning to project execution and final delivery. We use professionally trained teams in each functional group: translation, engineering, and DTP to ensure that all tasks are performed using the highest standards. Regularly conducted internal training sessions and seminars also allow our staff to share project experiences and tips in order to constantly improve our processes for future projects.
CSOFT uses a combination of the LISA Model and our own QA procedures, developed through years of experience in the localization industry, to ensure quality for all components in a localized product including functionality, documentation, engineering, formatting, and linguistic issues. This combination of approaches comprises our "Quality Management System" which has achieved International Organization for Standardization's (ISO) 13485:2003 certification. ISO, the largest developer and publisher of International Standards, developed the ISO 13485:2003 to meet the specific regulatory requirements of medical devices and related services. Conforming to this specialized standard ensures that CSOFT consistently meets the unique customer and regulatory goals of the life sciences industry.
The ISO 13485 audit was performed for CSOFT by the BSI Group - the world's largest and most influential management systems registrar. The external 5 day on-site audit has demonstrated that the company's quality management system fully conforms to the requirements of the ISO 13485:2003 Standard and that CSOFT adheres to its own highly challenging quality policies and objectives.
CSOFT established its own QMS early on to support its long-standing commitment to customer satisfaction. By identifying areas for improvement, creating recommendations to resolve identified gaps, and executing against these recommendations, CSOFT ensures that it has the global processes necessary to consistently improve service quality on a regular, quantifiable, and demonstrable basis.
